COVID-19 RULES UPDATE

With the recent modification to the methods of access to public places, referred to in Legislative Decree no. 1 of 07/01/2022 and the indications of the Ministry of Health, L'altra Roma in order to address the epidemiological emergency from Covid-19, applies the following arrangements for visits to exhibitions, museums and archaeological sites (including outdoors):

from 10 January 2022 access is allowed only to persons with Super Green Pass (in digital or paper format) able to attest - together with a valid identity document:

• to have carried out the third dose of vaccine among those authorized by the EMA or by AIFA (Comirnaty of Pfizer-BioNtech, and Moderna);
• or to be healed from Covid19 in the previous six months.

The Covid-19 Green Certification is not required for children excluded by age from the vaccination campaign and for subjects exempt on the basis of appropriate medical certification. Remember that:

• the temperature will be detected (which must be below 37.5 °C)
• the FFP2 type mask (the surgical type is no longer sufficient) must be worn for the duration of the event
• keep safe distances
• sanitize your hands

How to partecipate

The vast majority of L’altra Roma’s activities are only for a small groups, so we ask you always to book the places in advance (at least 7-10 weekdays before); at the booking please register you and your guests with name, surname, email and phone number/mobile for any communication.

Payment: At the confirming for the tours and events, you have to choose the payment methods that you prefer (.bank transfer, postepay reload or paypal system) and pay the fee. The payment data will be given to participants by e-mail address (IBAN, credit card number or paypal access).

Cancellation Policy: a 100% refund is offered for any tour canceled within 5 weekdays of the scheduled tour date, we are unfortunately unable to refund missed tours or tours that are not canceled ahead of time; please keep in mind that the Museum and Archaeological sites’s tickets with reservation must be purchased in advance so they are not refundable in any case, due to the strict policies of the ticketing agencies.

Responsibility: the participants to activities are directly and personally responsible for any damage caused to people or things; L’altra Roma declines all responsibility. L’altra Roma, moreover, declines all  responsibility for the damages that the participants could suffer during the activities.

The activities will be cancelled or have variations because of strikes, protest marches, downtown closing, unexpected closing of the sites, natural disasters; in these cases the participants will not be refunded of the fees paid at the booking.

To the participant will be given a fiscal receipt or on demand an invoice IVA free (DPR 633/72 art.10-22 and following).
The personal data is collected and used only for L’altra Roma activities in accordance with the EU Privacy Directive.
